Boeing receives first new commercial satellite order in years

Intelsat Ltd. announced its plan to add a new satellite to its global fleet. The Intelsat 22 satellite is expected to be launched in Q1 2012, and will serve at the 72 degrees East orbital location over the Indian Ocean region. It will also carry a UHF payload for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
