Rocket: Delta II 7420-10; Payload: COSMO-SkyMed 4; Date: 6 November 2010, 0220 UTC; Launch Site: Vandenberg Air Force Base, USA. The COSMO SkyMed-4 spacecraft was deployed to low Earth orbit approximately 58 minutes after lift-off.
