Although High Definition Television has become a reality for many, people are still a little confused with the jargon that comes with HDTVs. The term ‘Full HD 1080′ is completely foreign to a lot of people, and this needn’t be the case.

Galaxy 15’s zombie trip has come to an end

Intelsat’s wayward Galaxy 15 has rebooted after running out of battery power and is now again accepting commands. The spacecraft has been put into safe mode and will be relocated for extensive testing.

Galileo pathfinder GIOVE-A achieves five years in orbit

Jennifer Aniston is one of the most famous satellite TV actresses in the United States and around the world these days. She was born on February 11, 1969 in Sherman Oaks, California, to a father of Greek descent (he changed his last name to make it more American) and a mother of Scottish and Italian descent. Her family moved to New York, where she eventually went to LaGuardia High School for the performing arts. Aniston then moved to Los Angeles to begin her film career. She began her satellite TV career as Rachel from Friends, the long-running sitcom about a group of friends in Manhattan in the 90s and eventually the early 2000s.
