NASA’s Glory climate satellite ready for launch on 23 February

The launch of NASA’s Glory spacecraft aboard an Orbital Sciences Taurus XL rocket is scheduled for 23 February. Lift-off will be from Space Launch Complex 576-E at Vandenberg Air Force Base. Lift-off is targeted for 1009 UTC in the middle of a 48-second launch window.

Boeing wants money back from Sea Launch partners

Boeing said it wants US$356 million back from its partners in the Sea Launch venture. This includes US$147 million related to a payment made by Boeing under a bank guarantee on behalf of Sea Launch and US$209 million related to loans Boeing made to Sea Launch.

India wants out of old S-Band contract deal
