Globalstar, Inc. announced that the launch of six Globalstar satellites has been rescheduled by launch services provider Arianespace.

Integral Systems, Inc., announced that it has been awarded a contract by SKY Perfect JSAT to upgrade its ground systems with the latest version of Integral Systems’ EPOCH Integrated Product Suite (IPS) satellite command and control software.

Emergent Space Technologies, Inc., a provider of engineering services and solutions to civil, military, and commercial space programmes, was awarded a contract by the NASA Ames Research Center to provide cluster flight guidance, navigation, and control (GN&C) algorithms and software for the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) System F6 Program.

Raytheon BBN Technologies has been awarded US$2.4 million in funding by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to design and integrate an information architecture for wireless small module satellites. BBN is a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon Company .
