SpaceX to roll two COTS test flights into one

NASA has agreed in principle to allow SpaceX to combine all of the tests and demonstration activities that we originally proposed as two separate missions (COTS Demo 2 and COTS Demo 3) into a single mission.

Air Launch says it’s not dead yet

Russia’s Polyot airline still has plans to launch rockets from Antonov-24 cargo planes. The project, aptly dubbed Air Launch, has been announced since at least 12 years – without showing much progress. Yet, Polyot director general Anatoly Karpov says it’s far from being dead.
