China launches remote sensing payload

Rocket: Chang Zheng 4C; Payload: Yaogan XVI [YG-16, Yaogan Weixing-16]; Date: 25 November 2012, 0406 UTC; Launch site: Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, China. The rocket placed the payload into a 1,090-km x 63.4 degrees orbit.
