Atlas V to launch EchoStar XIX/Jupiter 2

Lockheed Martin Commercial Launch Services (LMCLS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lockheed Martin Corporation, has been selected by EchoStar Corporation to provide commercial launch services for the EchoStar XIX communications satellite.

Russia delivers first two RD-181 rocket engines to U.S.

Russia has supplied the first two RD-181 rocket engines for the Antares rocket to the U.S. under the previously signed contract, the press centre of the RSC Energia said.

ABS cancels satellite order amidst Exim bank trouble – report

Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) has reportedly cancelled a satellite order with Boeing because of ongoing uncertainty of the project’s financing. Funding was partially to be provided by the U.S. Export-Import Bank, which is currently shuttered after its charter expired on 30 June.
