Delay of the day: Vega/LISA Pathfinder

During the final step of VV06 launch campaign, a technical issue on the Vega launch vehicle required additional analysis. The launch initially scheduled for 2 December 2015 is postponed.

Cygnus launch date confirmed

Aerojet Rocketdyne completes build of 3-D printed parts for Orion

Aerojet Rocketdyne has completed 12 additively manufactured production nozzle extensions for use aboard the Orion spacecraft. The nozzle extensions are part of Orion’s crew module reaction control system that Aerojet Rocketdyne is building for Lockheed Martin and NASA.

More Galileo satellites broadcasting navigation signals

Having completed their checks in space, two more of Europe’s Galileo satellites are now fully operational, broadcasting navigation signals and, from today, relaying search and rescue messages from across the globe.
