New GOES satellites make progress

As the GOES-R satellite goes through mechanical testing in preparation for launch in October 2016, the remaining satellites in the series (GOES-S, T, and U) are also making significant progress, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said.

Development of CubeSat propulsion system with green propellant

Aerojet Rocketdyne, a subsidiary of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc., has entered a public-private partnership with NASA to mature the development of an MPS-130 CubeSat propulsion system using a green propellant, known as AF-M315E.
