Falcon 9 launches two all-electric satellites

Rocket: Falcon 9; Payload: Eutelsat 117 West B, ABS-2A; Date: 15 June 2016, 1429 UTC; Launch site: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The satellites were deployed into nominal supersynchronous transfer orbit.

Atlas V anomaly caused by control valve

ULA successfully delivered the OA-6 Cygnus spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS) on 22 March. During the first stage burn, the Atlas V system experienced an anomalous propellant mixture ratio resulting in an early booster shutdown and degradation of first stage performance.

First Iridium NEXT satellites ready for shipment

Iridium Communications Inc. announced that its first Iridium NEXT satellites have completed assembly and testing, and are now prepared for shipment to the launch site at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
