Two more satellite-observation satellites launched

Rocket: Delta IV Medium+ (4,2); Payload: GSSAP-3, GSSAP-4; Date: 19 August 2016, 0452 UTC; Launch site: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, USA. The two Orbital ATK-built satellites were successfully deployed following their launch.

Aerojet Rocketdyne conducts RS-25 engine test

GSSAP satellite inspects stuck MUOS-5

The U.S. Air Force Space Command’s Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSSAP) satellites were recently tasked to support the U.S. Navy’s ongoing Mobile User Objective System-5 anomaly effort after the satellite failed to reach its target geosynchronous orbit.
