The inquiry into the crash-landing of the ExoMars Schiaparelli module has concluded that conflicting information in the onboard computer caused the descent sequence to end prematurely.

Inmarsat S-band/Hellas Sat 3 shipped to Kourou launch pad

Europasat, the “Inmarsat S-band/Hellas Sat 3” telecommunication satellite, has been shipped to the Kourou launch pad in French Guyana to be launched by an Ariane 5 rocket in June. This condominium satellite for Inmarsat and Hellas Sat will provide Mobile Satellite Services (MSS), Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) and Broadcast Satellite Services (BSS).

Boeing, DARPA to design, build, test experimental spaceplane

ViaSat-2/Eutelsat 172B pre-launch details

For its sixth launch of the year, and the third Ariane 5 mission in 2017 from the Guiana Space Center in French Guiana, Arianespace will orbit two satellites: ViaSat-2 for ViaSat Inc.; and Eutelsat 172B for Eutelsat.

China to invest in developing space science satellites
