ULA says Vulcan is on track for 2021 launch

United Launch Alliance (ULA) has submitted its purpose-built Vulcan Centaur rocket for the U.S. Air Force’s Phase 2 Launch Services competition.

OTV-5 mission marks 700 days in space

The U.S. Air Force’s X-37B spacecraft has hit the milestone of 700 days in orbit during its current Orbital Test Vehicle 5 (OTV-5) mission and is just a few weeks short of breaking the vehicle’s spaceflight-duration record.

Euroconsult: smallsat market to nearly quadruple over next decade

According to Euroconsult’s newly released research, Prospects for the Small Satellite Market, the market for small satellite (smallsat) manufacturing and launch will grow from US$12.6 billion in 2009-2018 to US$42.8 billion in the coming decade from 2019-2028, nearly quadrupling in size.
