First STSS satellite completes thermal vacuum testing

Northrop Grumman Corporation , the prime contractor for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) missile detecting Space Tracking and Surveillance System (STSS; f.k.a. SBIRS Low), announced the successful completion of thermal vacuum testing of space vehicle number 1.

Two new launch contracts for Arianespace

Arianespace has signed two separate contracts with Telenor Satellite and Thales Alenia Space for the launch of Thor 6 and Rascom 1, respectively.
