Integral Systems CEO resigns after less than a year in office

The Board of Directors of Integral Systems, Inc., announced that it has accepted the resignation of John B. Higginbotham as Chief Executive Officer, President, and as a member of the Board of Directors. His resignation comes only days after Integral reported an operational loss of US$3.8 million for the third quarter of the company’s fiscal year 2009.
