Panasonic scales up Eutelsat Capacity over Asia Pacific

Eutelsat Communications announced that Panasonic Avionics Corporation has booked additional capacity on the Eutelsat 172A satellite to deliver broadband connectivity and TV services to commercial airlines over the Pacific Ocean region.

exactEarth to provide French navy with satellite AIS data

exactEarth Ltd. announced that it has been selected by Telespazio France to supply Satellite AIS services to the French Navy as part of the recently announced four-year Trimaran 2 project won by a consortium of Airbus Defense and Space and Telespazio France.

EchoStar XVIII, BRIsat pre-launch details

On its fifth launch of the year, which will be the third mission in 2016 utilising an Ariane 5 launcher from the Guiana Space Center (CSG) in French Guiana, Arianespace will orbit two satellites: EchoStar XVIII for the operator DISH Network L.L.C.; and BRlsat for PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
