Silicon Valley Space Week Speaker Focus: Phil Carrai, Kratos

The Golden Dome interceptor layer has twelve companies competing against a 2028 clock and a fiscal 2027 request that Congress has not funded. Phil Carrai, whose Kratos division holds an agreement worth up to $446.8 million for ground management and integration on the Space Force’s medium orbit missile warning and tracking architecture, moderates the industrial capacity panel at the MilSat Symposium.
