Arianespace revenue decreased in 2010

Arianespace saw its revenue drop last year by about EUR100 million to slightly more than EUR900 million (US$1.2 billion), the company’s CEO Jean-Yves Le Gall said.

Ex-Im Bank financing for QuetzSat-1

Astrium integrates Spot Image and Infoterra into new division

Canadian satellite radio companies announce merger

Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. (CSR), parent company of XM Canada, and Sirius Canada Inc. announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine the companies in an all-stock merger of equals with a combined enterprise value of approximately C$520 million, which includes long-term debt of approximately C$130 million.
