TerreStar Networks Inc, a majority owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation, said it has renewed the in-orbit insurance on TerreStar-1, a commercial communications satellite, for one additional year.

EchoStar Corp. is close to an agreement to buy Satelites Mexicanos, S. A. de C. V., Mexican Communications Minister Juan Molinar Horcasitas was quoted as saying.
