Orbital Sciences Corporation announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the spacecraft development and manufacturing business of General Dynamics Corporation’s subsidiary, GD Advanced Information Systems.

SES Astra has taken full ownership of SES Sirius AB by acquiring the remaining 10 percent of the shares from the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC).

EchoStar Satellite Services, L.L.C., a subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation, and Satelites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. announced an agreement pursuant to which EchoStar will acquire an ownership interest in Satmex.
