Orbcomm Inc. announced net additions of more than 126,000 billable subscriber communicators for 2007, within the range of its full year guidance.

Sirius Satellite Radio said it ended 2007 with 8,321,785 subscribers, up from the company’s 2006 ending subscriber base of 6,024,555. During 2007, Sirius added approximately 2.3 million net subscriber additions.

Spacehab, Incorporated announced that it has received notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market that the company has regained compliance with marketplace rules relating to the maintenance of a minimum US$1.00 bid price and US$2.5 million minimum shareholders’ equity requirements, respectively.

WorldSpace Satellite Radio said it has secured a financing facility for up to US$40 million of subordinated financing effective immediately, from Yenura Pte. Ltd., a company controlled by Noah Samara, chairman and CEO of WorldSpace–but financed by somebody else.
