SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc. announced that it has formed a new subsidiary organisation to develop and manufacture small satellites and to pursue satellite-based global machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity.

Iceye announced a US$2.8 million Series A funding round led by True Ventures, with participation from Lifeline Ventures and Founder.org.
