Gilat Satcom, MYtv book Intelsat capacity

Gilat Satcom Ltd. has signed multi-year renewal and expansion deals with Intelsat, securing capacity and teleport services that will increase and enhance Gilat Satcom’s offerings for its domestic networks and broadband services to its customers in Africa. Separately, a Ukrainian TV platform has contracted capacity on Thor 6, of which Intelsat owns 10 transponders.

SSC, Iunctus Geomatics set up PrioraNet Canada

Sky Deutschland increases HD capacity on Astra

SES Astra announced that German TV entertainment platform Sky Deutschland (formerly known as Premiere) has contracted three additional transponders on Astra’s prime orbital position 19.2 degrees East.
