Measat Satellite Systems Sdn. Bhd. announced that SkyVision Global Networks LLC, a provider of Internet services over satellite and terrestrial fibre optic systems, has signed a multi-transponder agreement for C-Band capacity on the Africasat-1 satellite.

Tele Columbus launches digital TV platform on Eurobird 9

Tele Columbus, Germany’s third largest cable operator with more than 3.7 million homes, and Eutelsat’s German subsidiary, Eutelsat Deutschland, announced they will establish a platform for bundling digital channels and services for German cable homes on Eutelsat’s Eurobird 9 satellite.

DVB-SH mobile TV demo in Barcelona

NovAtel to establish Galileo monitoring sites in Canada
