AfricaOnline to offer Internet Broadband Connectivity via Intelsat 28

MDA, Government of Canadian sign Polar Epsilon 2 contract

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. has signed a C$48.5 million (including taxes) contract with the Government of Canada to deliver an advanced broad-area global maritime and Arctic surveillance solution, called Polar Epsilon 2 (PE2), to the Department of National Defence (DND).

GD SATCOM completes installation of Deep Space Network Antennas

The General Dynamics SATCOM Technologies team located in San Jose, Calif., completed the installation and testing of two 34-meter beam waveguide antennas as part of NASA’s modernisation plan for its Deep Space Network (DSN).

SES GS, O3b commission service for NOAA

SES Government Solutions (SES GS) and O3b Networks announced that the companies have jointly completed the first O3b managed services installation for NOAA’s National Weather Service Office (NWSO) at Pago Pago, American Samoa. This remote station is responsible for providing critically important tropical weather alerts and cyclone warning information to a large part of the Pacific.

Panasonic scales up Eutelsat Capacity over Asia Pacific

exactEarth to provide French navy with satellite AIS data
