SES Platform Services to deliver StarTimes TV content

SES Platform Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SES S.A., announced that digital TV operator StarTimes will distribute TV channels for their direct-to-home (DTH) subscribers across Sub-Saharan Africa via SES Platform Services’ broadcast facility in Germany.

FSMTC and ABS partner to bring connectivity to Micronesia

Russia to jam missiles, satellites?

Russia’s Radio-Electronic Technologies Group (KRET) is developing a fundamentally new electronic warfare system capable of suppressing cruise missile and other high-precision weaponry guidance systems and satellite radio-electronic equipment, KRET Deputy CEO Yuri Mayevsky was quoted as saying by TASS.
