Rocket: Zenit-3SL; Payload: Intelsat 21/Block DM-SL; Date: 19 August 2012, 0655 UTC; Launch site: Odyssey Launch Platform, positioned on the equator at 154 degrees West longitude in the Pacific Ocean. Following the arrival of the specialised Sea Launch vessels to the launch site in the Pacific Ocean, the Rocket and Space Sea Launch complex started launch processing operations in preparation for the ILV Zenit-3SL launch from the Odyssey Launch Platform.

The Sea Launch and Energia Logistics teams have initiated the automated L-72 hour launch countdown sequence at its equatorial launch site on 14 August. Launch operations are now underway at the Equator, at 154 degrees West longitude.

The launch of an Atlas V carrying the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office NROL-36 payload is being rescheduled following a range instrumentation issue that developed during the initial launch attempt on 2 August.
