Russia lacks rockets to carry out all space launches scheduled for 2011, the head of the Roskosmos admitted, confirming heavy criticism from the Russian government.

NASA’s Glory spacecraft is scheduled for launch on Friday, 4 March. Technical issues with ground support equipment for the Taurus XL launch vehicle led to the scrub of the original 23 February launch attempt. Those issues have been resolved.
