Michael Dugan returns to EchoStar

EchoStar Corporation announced that Michael T. Dugan has been named the company’s president and CEO, positions formerly held by Charles Ergen. Mr. Ergen will remain chairman of EchoStar Corporation.

Sirius names new chairman, regains Nasdaq listing compliance

Sirius XM Radio announced that Gary Parsons has resigned as a director and Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed Eddy W. Hartenstein, an independent director, to serve as non-executive Chairman.

ATK announces leadership changes

Alliant Techsystems announced that after more than six years as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel J. Murphy will leave the company and retire in March, 2010. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed General Ronald R. Fogleman to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Integral Systems appoints new Chief Operating Officer
