Ekspress-AM4R and Ekspress-AM7 spacecraft are being fabricated by the Astrium Satellites on RSCC orders. As of today, fabrication has been completed of the service module (service bus) and communications module (payload) for Ekspress-AM4R.

28 July 2013 marked one year since the small spacecraft MiR, developed and constructed in-house at the Reshetnev Company, was launched. Around a dozen of various experiments have been conducted aboard the satellite over this period.

The first four satellites (of 12) of the O3b constellation were officially accepted in orbit. The signature of the acceptance certificates declares the four satellites acceptance in orbit and validates their final delivery to O3b Networks.
