abertis completes acquisition of Eutelsat stake

Spanish highway operator abertis, through its telecommunciations subsidiary abertis telecom, has completed the purchase of 32 percent of European satellite operator, Eutelsat Communications, via a cash payment of EUR1.07 billion.
