Kwangmyongsong-4 said to have achieved stable orbit

North Korea’s recently launched Kwangmyongsong-4 satellite has reportedly been observed tumbling in orbit but meanwhile is said to have stabilised, news agencies reported citing two unnamed U.S. officials.
