JCSAT-10, Syracuse 3B pre-launch details

On 11 August, an Ariane 5 ECA is to launch the JCSAT-10 communications satellite for Japanese operator JSAT Corporation, and the Syracuse 3B communications satellite for the French Ministry of Defence.
