Echostar Settles Rebroadcasting Suit

Echostar Communications Corp. will pay $100 million to end a nine-year litigation with ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox Affiliate Associations over the rebroadcasting of local TV programs, Echostar announced Aug. 28.
