Intelsat, Telenor interconnect fibre networks

Intelsat and Telenor Satellite Broadcasting AS (TSBc) have entered into an agreement to interconnect the two companies’ fibre networks in London, providing customers of both Intelsat and Telenor with expanded, seamless access to new regions and services through each provider.

China to launch ocean-observing satellite at year-end

Shuttle launch delayed again by erroneous fuel sensor reading

NASA again delayed the launch of the Space Shuttle Atlantis (STS-115) for 24 hours, this time because of a troublesome fuel sensor. The shuttle had been earlier been cleared for launch today despite a suspect fuel cell.
