EchoStar to provide Ku-band capacity to NPS

EchoStar Communications Corporation announced that its subsidiary, EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation (ESOC), has entered into a controversial contract with National Programming Service, LLC (NPS) to provide domestic satellite capacity.
