Afghan channel leases AsiaSat 2 capacity

Asia Satellite Telecommunications company Limited (AsiaSat) and commercial broadcaster Shamshad TV of Afghanistan announced the signing of a lease agreement for the use of C-band capacity on AsiaSat 2.
