TerreStar to operate satellites from Bermuda

TerreStar Global Ltd., an emerging mobile communications provider and a subsidiary of Motient Corporation (MNCP), has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with the Government of Bermuda to enable TerreStar to take the first steps toward constructing, operating and maintaining satellite operations facilities in Bermuda.
