Galileo: contradicting figures, consortium threatens delays

German politicians try to convince their EU colleagues that a restructured Galileo would be billions of euros cheaper, while the companies that form the Galileo consortium have threatened further delays should the EU Commission go ahead with its plan to have a new call for tenders.
