OHB Technology AG acquires Kayser-Threde GmbH

OHB Technology AG has signed a contract sale for the purchase of the entire interest in KT Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, which in turn holds a 100 percent of the shares in Kayser-Threde GmbH, Munich.
