MSV appoints Ines LeBow Vice President

Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (MSV) announced that telecommunications programme management executive Ines LeBow has joined the company as vice president for Next-Generation Services Programs to develop, integrate and execute the company’s roll out of its next-generation services.
