Taiwan’s Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) is still negotiating with Singapore Telecom (SingTel) to establish a joint venture in order to launch a communications satellite, industry sources said according to Digitimes.

NASA will announce the selection of a contractor for the upper stage element of the Ares I rocket on 28 August.
