Orbital Sciences Corporation has shipped the Orbiting Carbon Observatory (OCO) satellite to its launch site at Vandenberg Air Force Base.

Northrop Grumman Corporation said it successfully delivered a key sensor for global climate change measurement one week ahead of schedule and on budget.
