Rocket: Proton M/Block DM; Payload three Uragan M (GLONASS M) navigation satellites; Date: 25 December 2008, 1043 UTC; Site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan. The spacecraft, likely to be designated Kosmos 2447 through 2449, were successfully delivered to target orbit.
