Honeywell announced that its On Board Computer (OBC), Reaction Wheel Assembly (RWA) and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), which are part of the United States Air Force (USAF) Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) III programme built by Lockheed Martin, have successfully completed Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).

Satellite TV has such a huge advantage over cable TV that the many subscribers are leaving cable and moving to their satellite competitors. The benefits of satellite are many – from the lower monthly charges, the wider range of packages, the greater level of reliability, and the superior customer service.

China has finished assembling its Tiangong-1 space module, the Chinese Defense Ministry said. The unmanned module is expected to be launched in 2011.

There are a lot of questions when it comes to satellite TV. Although many things seem to indicate that it is the better service when compared with cable, it is still a newer type of TV service and people don’t know as much about satellite TV as they do about cable.
