Modular Space Vehicle successfully completes preliminary design review

Northrop Grumman Corporation has completed on schedule the preliminary design review (PDR) for its modular space vehicle (MSV), allowing the programme to proceed to its critical design review and closer to manufacturing.

Chinese spacecraft dock for second time

The unmanned Chinese spacecraft Tiangong 1 and Shenzhou 8 successfully docked for a second time, state-run media reported.

RSCC opens first Ka-Band Earth station at Dubna

Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) said it continues to upgrade its ground infrastructure for monitoring and control of the existing and prospective RSCC satellites. At Dubna SCC near Moscow, RSCC has opened the first Ka-Band satellite communications Earth station.
