Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp.’s Ozone Mapping and Profiler Suite (OMPS) onboard the NPP satellite began collecting Earthview image science and solar calibration data on 24 January 2012.

Boeing GPS IIF satellites assembled using ‘pulse’ manufacturing line
