Spaceflight joins with NanoRacks to deploy satellites from ISS

Spaceflight Inc., a provider of launch services for small and secondary payloads, and NanoRacks LLC, a company commercialising space operations on and deployment from the International Space Station, formally announced a partnership to provide commercial launch services from the ISS.

Exelis delivers GPS satellite simulation software

Exelis successfully completed factory acceptance testing for the Global Positioning System (GPS) III navigation payload simulator software. Developed by Exelis, the software will simulate the behaviour of GPS signals in space, which will be used for testing the U.S. Air Force’s next generation GPS ground station known as the operational control system (OCX).
