Energia-Telecom plans high-throughput satellite

Private joint-stock company Energia-Telcom is to temporarily lease to Open joint-stock Company RTComm.RU bandwidth needed to provide telecommunications services in the Ka-band on the planned Energia-100 high-throughput satellite.
